Guesthouse rules:
Check-in: from 2.00 pm to 7.30 pm
Check-out: from 8.00 am to 10.30 am
Please let us know the time of your arrival.
If you wish to check-in or check-out outside these hours, please let us know in advance.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the guesthouse.

Room cleaning: during your stay rooms are cleaned daily before 11.00 am.
If guests are in the rooms at the time of housekeeping, the service will be carried out the following day.
Well-behaved pets are welcome.

Payment: Credit card (Visa / MasterCard), debit card, cash, advanced bank transfer.
Telephone reservations: all telephone reservations must be followed by a confirmation email, we will then send our final confirmation voucher.
Online reservation with credit card as guarantee: immediately sends our final confirmation voucher. The credit card will be charged in case of non-refundable rate, late cancellation or no show. Payments are normally made at the reception. Your encrypted credit card information is automatically deleted from our records the day after your departure.

Cancellation: you can cancel your reservation FREE OF CHARGE directly from this site using the "modify booking" option, up to 2 days before arrival. If the reservation was made through an intermediary or third party, cancellation must be notified to the third party only and is subject to the terms defined by the intermediary itself, which are generally more restrictive.
In case of early departure you will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

City Tax: The rates do not include the tourist tax (€ 2,50 per person per day)
